Luis M Duluc has lived in Seattle in the past and he enjoyed it a great deal. He spent a few years away from Seattle when he studied for his MBA from the College of William and Mary. After he received the MBA, he often thought of returning to Seattle, as he had grown to like it there.

Seattle is a pretty special city in the US.  Most people think of the mild weather the city has as very attractive. There isn't much of a winter there, but occasionally there is a lot of rain. While he enjoys not having much, if any, of a winter the weather does annoy him sometimes. Seattle is notorious for having a lot of rain throughout the year and that can start to be a drag on your mood. It's really frustrating when it rains for a few days straight. That can make travelling around and spending time outside annoying at times.

But despite the weather, Luis M Duluc would still consider living in Seattle. The city has a lot of other great things to offer. Luis Maria Duluc has taken trips to Mt. St. Helens and the Space Needle, and Seattle has plenty more to offer. There's lots of action and activities there that make for a fun weekend. Plus, there are always plenty of great restaurants to go to!

Another attraction that Luis M Duluc is proud that Washington state supports is Olympic National Park. This huge park preserves a unique area of land for the United States. When he runs into visitors, Luis Duluc encourages people who enjoy the outdoors to take a detour to the park. Besides the park, Luis M Duluc really enjoys having easy access to plenty of other national parks if he ever feels like a change of scenery.

Luis M Duluc might return to Seattle in the future but only time will tell.

Why Luis Duluc Likes Art

Usually people involved in the business world are not also into the art world. However, every now and then you do run into businessmen who are huge connoisseurs of art. That does not mean that there isn't a happy in-between when it comes to liking art. Luis M Duluc likes art. He doesn't spend a large portion of his income on it like some wealthy businessmen, but he appreciates art.

Living in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, Luis Maria Duluc has a chance to interact with a wide variety of cultures and ethnicities. In Tampa, sometimes there are a lot of people selling art out on the sidewalks to anyone willing to purchase it. This is one of the places where Luis M Duluc began to be interested in every day art from normal people. Luis Duluc enjoys seeing the works of famous artists, but he feels like local and small-time artists have livelier, more meaningful art.

With that in mind, Luis M Duluc was inspired to create a business to help poor artists. His business helps artists and artisans in developing nations to sell their products in more developed countries, specifically the USA. By creating a partnership with quality artists, Luis M Duluc can use his business skills to market their works and eventually sell them at a higher profit than they would sell in their native homelands.

To this day Luis M Duluc is happy he decided to create this business. It was a unique and new challenge for him that turned out to be enjoyable work as well as humanitarian in nature. He could not have asked for anything better. While he isn't the only businessman with a venture of this sort, he is happy to be a part of a growing world of business more focused on helping instead of maximizing profit. Art inspires, and it certain moved Luis M Duluc to action.

Since he was little, Luis M Duluc can remember being motivated to start new things. If he had an interest he pursued it. Luis Maria Duluc was lucky to have this motivation at an early age, but people need to realize that they can develop this in themselves. If you do, you have already taken a huge step towards being successful. Things won't happen to you unless you make them happen!

Luis Maria Duluc also believed wholeheartedly that you do not need money to start something. You need to be determined. Determination will drive you through the rough spots and keep you focused when things are going well. You won't be successful if you are not determined to be successful. Luis Duluc used his determination along with another important skill you can develop to start his businesses.

That other skill is the ability to communicate and work with others to share the vision or dream that you have. Without this ability you will have a rough road ahead of you. Having others to help is nice, but having others to help that also believe in what you want to do creates a strong chance you will succeed. If you surround yourself with motivated people you too will be motivated. Luis Maria Duluc knew this and from the beginning of his business career spent a lot of time working with others and treating them as equals. Sure he put a lot of time into his dreams, but he was determined and everything paid off in the end.
